FirearmDistributors.com is a comprehensive price comparison platform designed specifically for FFL dealers. We aggregate pricing from major firearms distributors to help you find the best wholesale prices on guns, ammunition, and accessories.
Who can use this platform?
Our platform is exclusively for Federal Firearms License (FFL) holders and authorized dealers. You must have a valid FFL to access distributor pricing information.
How do I sign up for an account?
Click the "Register" button in the top navigation. You'll need to provide your FFL information, business details, and verify your dealer status. Our team will review and approve your account within 24-48 hours.
Is there a cost to use the platform?
We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. After your trial, continue with our affordable subscription plans starting at just $49/month for unlimited access to all distributor pricing and features.
Using the Platform
Which distributors are included?
We aggregate pricing from major distributors including RSR Group, Lipsey's, Sports South, Iron Valley Supply, MGE Wholesale, Kinseys, Camfour, Zanders, and many more. Our network is constantly expanding.
How often are prices updated?
Pricing is updated multiple times daily to ensure you have access to the most current wholesale prices. Availability status is updated in real-time when possible.
Can I search for specific products?
Yes! Use our advanced search to find products by manufacturer, model, UPC, caliber, or keywords. You can also browse by category or use filters to narrow results.
How do I place orders?
Once you find the best price, you can place the order directly from FirearmDistributors.com using your own distributor credentials. We support both ship-to-store (STS) and dropship orders across our integrated distributors. Add your API credentials on the API Credentials page to enable ordering.
How do I get my distributor API credentials?
Visit the API Credentials page in your dashboard. Each distributor has step-by-step instructions showing exactly where to find your API key, FTP password, or username/password on their portal. If you get stuck, click the "Get help now" button on that page to send your request directly to our support team with your dealer info already attached.
What is the "You Missed This" section on the homepage?
It's a live feed of rare and high-demand firearms that briefly appeared at one of our 20 distributors and have since sold out everywhere. Each card shows the exact distributor, date, and time the item was last in stock. These are the items every dealer is chasing, and they're proof of the alerts our system would have sent you the moment they landed.

How do I update my account information?
Log into your dashboard and click "Account Settings" to update your business information, contact details, and preferences.
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes! You can upgrade or modify your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Changes take effect immediately.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
What if my FFL expires or changes?
Please update your FFL information immediately in your account settings. Failure to maintain a valid FFL will result in account suspension.

Our platform works best with modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser updated for the best experience.
Is there a mobile app?
While we don't have a dedicated mobile app yet, our website is fully responsive and optimized for mobile devices. A mobile app is in development.
I'm having login issues. What should I do?
First, try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" link. If issues persist, contact our support team with your account details.
Billing & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Subscriptions are processed securely through PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal account or linked card.
When am I billed?
Billing occurs on the same date each month based on when you first subscribed. You'll receive an email receipt for each payment.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your initial subscription.
